RidgeVale Development LLC runs ridgevale.life to introduce three residences in Stone Ridge, New York. This page says plainly what happens to the details you give us.
Only what you type into a form: your name, email address, and, if you choose to give it, a phone number, a note, and which residence or courtyard composition you are interested in. Forms are handled by Netlify, which stores each submission and emails it to us.
We also carry a page-view counter (GoatCounter) that records which pages are visited and roughly where from. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.
We use your details to answer your inquiry and, if you asked for it, to tell you when a residence is offered or a date is set. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it beyond the people working on RidgeVale — the developers, and a brokerage or architect when your question is theirs to answer.
Write to jimmy@ridgevale.com and we will delete your details and stop writing to you. It is one email, no form.
